Our Story

From a Small Group
to a National Network

MANA was established in 2013 as a non-profit to serve the professional and personal networking needs of MACT & MANIT alumni living in the USA and Canada. What started with a handful of dedicated alumni has grown into a coast-to-coast community that comes together every two years to celebrate shared journeys.

MANA 2026 in Dallas is set to be our grandest gathering yet — with alumni spanning six decades of batches, a conference focused on AI's impact on careers and an entrepreneurship showcase for alumni founders, plus the warmth of reuniting with batchmates and lifelong friends. Let's get together and celebrate our journeys.

2013 — The Beginning
MANA is Founded
A small, passionate group came together to create a professional and personal networking community for MACT/MANIT alumni in North America. MANA was registered as a non-profit in Houston, Texas.

July 2013 — San Jose, CA
First MANA Convention
Over 150 alumni traveled from coast to coast to gather in San Jose — meeting batchmates and friends from MACT for the very first time in years. The event was a resounding success and set the tone for MANA's future.

Second MANA Convention
The nation's capital hosted the second reunion. The Washington DC organizing team put together a fun, memorable event that kept the MANA spirit alive.
